The factory covers an area of 1100 square meters, the existing about 3000000 yuan in fixed assets, current registered capital of about 2000000 yuan.       We have strong technical force and perfect machine equipment. The company named Kunshan Long Xiang Precision Mold Co., Ltd. covers an area of over 2400 square meters. The registered capital of about 4200000 yuan, more than 60 employees. The main plan equipment for wire walking six, CNC engraving machine five, CNC management machine, water mill two, digital precision grinding machine four sets, six sets of wire, two CNC milling machine, drilling machine four, tapping machine, EDM machine multiple.       Precision metal mold design and manufacturing of the company mainly used for printed circuit board ( PCB and FPC ) punching mold, terminal stamping mold, molding, die cutter QDC etching, engraving knife die, compound die cutter.       Our work process: Engineering ( drawing ) →production ( supervisor review ) → lathe, milling machine rough and preliminary forming→quality inspection→ heat treatment→ grinding machine grinding→ quality inspection→ product surface treatment→inspection→finished products leaving the factory→ tracking service.       The company spirit of " unity and progress, integrity and pragmatic" business philosophy.
